One Night, Two Days, hour by hour.
The full trip. We collect you off the train, you get a room to shower in, you see the city, and then you go out 40 km to a part of the desert the day-tour jeeps do not reach. Music, dinner in the open, a night under the sky, and a camel across Siala before breakfast.

We collect you
From the railway platform, the bus stand or your hotel. Then a room at our hotel to shower and change, and somewhere safe to leave your bags.

Jaisalmer, five spots
A short tour of the city before you head out: the fort and four more stops, with someone who can actually tell you what you’re looking at.

By car, away from the city and off the Sam road that every other jeep is on.

Open jeep across the Thar, Damia and Laxmna deserts, then camels for the last stretch up to the dunes.
Sunset
In the middle of the desert
You sit down and watch the sand go gold, then red. It gets very quiet out there.
Evening
Tea, then three hours of music
Welcome tea, coffee and snacks at camp. Then the programme starts: Rajasthani folk music, Kalbeliya dance, a fire dance, and a group DJ set to close it out. About three hours in all.

15 km open safari to Siala
After the music, back out into the dark to the Siala desert, the side the tour groups never use. The only light out there is the fire you bring.
Late
Campfire, dinner, blankets
Dinner is cooked over the fire and eaten in the open. Then the blankets come out and you sleep with the Milky Way over you.

Sunrise
Then a camel across Siala
Wake for the sunrise, eat breakfast, then ride out across sand that sees almost nobody. You’ll pass the gypsy families on the way back.

Dropped at your hotel or the station. Shower, change and pick your luggage up from our hotel in town before you move on.

Where you sleep
A tent with a washroom, or the open sand
The night at camp is a Swiss tent or a cottage — a real bed, an attached washroom with hot and cold water, and someone on duty through the night.
On the Siala leg you sleep outside on a bed and mattress with heavy blankets, with the fire kept lit until morning. Tell us which you want when you ask and we will set it up that way.

Getting there
Jaisalmer first, then we take over.
Getting to Jaisalmer
Trains run overnight from Delhi and Jodhpur into Jaisalmer station, and buses come in from Jodhpur, Bikaner and Udaipur. The station and the bus stand are both about ten minutes from our hotel on Fort Road.
Then
We collect you from the station, the bus stand or your hotel. Leave your luggage with us, use a room and a shower, and go out with nothing you do not need.

The things people ask before they book.
Where do you pick us up from?
The railway station, the bus stand, or your hotel in Jaisalmer — whichever you say when you book. Getting yourself to Jaisalmer is on you; everything from the moment you arrive is on us.
Is the price really all in?
Yes. The jeep, the camel, the cultural programme, dinner, breakfast, the bed and the taxes are inside ₹2,500 per person. Nothing is added at the camp.
What if we do not want to sleep outside?
Then you stay in the tent or the cottage at camp, which has an attached washroom. The Siala leg is the part people either love or would rather skip, and skipping it costs nothing.
How cold does it get at night?
From November to February it drops close to freezing after midnight. We hand out heavy blankets and the fire stays lit, but bring a jacket — people underestimate this every year.
Can you take children?
Yes. Tell us their ages when you ask and we will put you in the tent rather than out at Siala, and slow the camel leg down.
